THOMPSON VS GARCIA 2019 COURT CASE
(GLOBE EARTHER LOSES FOR NOT HAVING EVIDENCE OF CURVATURE)
Case No. 2019-MV-ll04 (May 2, 2019):
Zen Garcia, a Christian, Flat Earther, teacher and author held a $5,000 contest for someone to provide evidence of earth curvature as per the 3,959mi alleged radius of the earth. Thompson, his opponent, tried to counter sue Garcia for $15,000 and lost not once but TWICE in a Barrow County, Georgia courthouse. The reason the judgement was not ruled in Thompson’s (globe earther) favor is because he tried to prove earth curvature by using a computer software that he designed and Garcia rejected it because his contest agreement stated that he wanted a real world experiment, measurement or demonstration of earth curvature at the alleged 8 in per mile as per the globe model. Thompson lost, tried to appeal a second time and the judge threw it out.
